Enterprise Viability and Right Livelihood What Defines an Agroecological Farm Business? Application

  1. What do you currently use to assess the success of your farm? Do you use different criteria to assess the success of your farm, your business, and your livelihood? If so, what are they? If not, how do they fit together?
  2. Now take some time to reflect on the principles of agroecology as they relate to your farm. Choose one that you find the most compelling – whether you choose a principle (or set of related principles) that you find most challenging to follow, one that resonates with you most, or one that raises additional questions for you.
